Dr. Scott T. Bottoms and his wife Linda have been pastoring Church at Briargate since June of 2012. They have three children, Jonathan, Isaac, and Emily. Pastor Scott earned his BA from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, his MA from Denver Seminary, and then his DM from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in 2011. He has a passion for seeing souls come to know Christ and develop a personal relationship with Him. His wife Linda serves as the Rocky Mountain Ministry Network Women’s Ministry Director.

Ric and De’Dee were born and raised in Northern Nevada and were high school sweet hearts. They have now been married for over 37 years and have been involved in ministry for over 33 years. Ric served as an army chaplain for 30 years and served in the Army for over 37 years. He earned his BS from Bethany College of the Assemblies of God and his Masters of Divinity from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. They have a passion to serve the church body and see men and women come to know Christ.
Ric and De’Dee have 10 daughters, Cherish, Rhonda, Jeanina, Tanya, Mandy, Christina, Lisa, Natasha, Heather, and Savanna.

Pastors Josh and Liz have been married since 2012. They have two kids, Sawyer and Charlotte, and a dog named Chase. They have been pastoring the youth at Church at Briargate since 2013. They both have a passion for teenagers which includes getting them on life-changing trips like youth camp and mission trips. Both Josh and Liz have been on multiple mission trips including India, Peru, Moldova, Mexico, El Salvador, and Haiti.
Josh is a visionary - he sees the big picture and what can happen - and Liz is detail-driven - she tries to fit all the pieces together and lay out a plan. Josh and Liz both know that “teamwork makes the dream work,” meaning it takes a team to get things done. They value their leadership team for all that they do. Together with their amazing team, they work hard to see students come to know Jesus in Colorado Springs. Their goal is to create a community and a family atmosphere among the students of The Movement, being a safe place for students to belong and be open. When students are on fire for God, it will overflow out of their lives, compelling them to share their faith with their friends.

Richard and his wife Angie have been happily married for 2 years. Richard is following his call to ministries while attending UCCS for his Psychology Degree. Angie is the proud mother to their newborn Israel.

We recently had our great and seasonal worship pastor step down due to new opportunities. We are excited to see where God leads him and his family.
Our current worship Pastor, Pastor Lina Bottoms has been with the church for over 13 years alongside Pastor Scott Bottoms.
Furthermore, we are looking for a new Worship Pastor, Church at Briargate is growing quickly and we need someone to take over the entire worship and media department. We had great worship pastors in the past who have built a good foundation.

Emily was born and raised in Colorado. She grew up in a pastor’s home where she learned firsthand what ministry looked like. In her teen years, she felt a call to ministry and followed that calling by attending Southwestern Assemblies of God University where she majored in Church Leadership with a focus on Children and Family Ministries. She has a giant heart for kids and a love for God’s kingdom.
